Convergent Boundrys:
Oceantic-continential convergence:
A convergent Boundry means when a oceantic plate comes together with a continential plate and than the oceantic plate sinks down to the continential plate. The area where an oceantic plate goes it goes down under to another plate into the mantle. When the oceantic continential boundry creates a deep sea trench and than it is a long narrow sea floor.
Oceantic-oceantic convergence:
Whenever an oceantic plate meets another oceantic plate and than the plate gets older, colder, denser and than the oceantic plate bends and sincks into the mantle. Than the new crust is formed into magma and than it rises to make volcanoes. The oceantic-oceantic convergence also creates deep sea trenches.
Continential-continential convergence:
The plates of the continential crust collide and crumple up tall mountain ranges may form .
Earth quakes are common at these convergent boundries. Volcvanoes do not form.
